"Pedigree of the Scriptures, Question 1"

Do you know that the Old Testament of the modern Bible comes from the Israelite Aramaic and Hebrew scrolls, the Tanakh?  The Tanakh is three parts: the Law, the Nevim and the Ketuvim.

The Law are the five Books of Moses = Pentateuch = Genesis through Deuteronomy; the Nevim and the Ketuvim are Joshua through Malachi, which are the rest of the OT.
